Karen Gill is Ursula's daughter and sits on the Premiere Care board in an advisory capacity as Finance Director. Karen worked in industry before joining an NHS community trust in the 1990’s. To balance family commitments she later went on to work as an independent business development consultant for seven years. During this period, Karen spent 13 years working as a trustee and ended as Chair of a medium sized domiciliary care charity, Carers Trust Thames, (formerly Crossroads Care). In 2008, she was invited to lead the operations of a start-up GP provider company on behalf of Chiltern GP practice members in Buckinghamshire, which expanded to encompass primary and intermediate healthcare services including gynaecology, cardiology and weight management. In 2016 she joined fellow primary care colleagues to create FedBucks - the main GP federation representing Buckinghamshire practices covering 485,000 patients across 45 practices. Karen also worked for FedBucks as their Business Development Director and latterly as the GP out of hours and urgent treatment centre Service Director. Her hobbies are travel, sport and history.
