About Premiere Care
Established in 2001, we are proud to be a second generation family run home care company. We offer a unique service with a strong focus on bespoke care tailored to each individual, whatever their needs may be.

We offer over 100 vetted, experienced and well trained carers, each of whom is supported and overseen by our dedicated management team. Our care service is built around you and our new client on-boarding process is designed to help us understand your needs, so that together we can create an individually tailored care plan that can adapt smoothly if things change.

Please click the video to listen to a message from our Managing Director Nick about how Premiere Care can be of service to you and your loved ones.
As a second generation, locally run care business, Premiere Care uses mostly local people to provide care to our community. However, to help meet the demand for care, we have employed some excellent overseas workers and we want to assure clients and potential clients about our position on modern slavery, a subject that has been getting a lot of negative press lately. If you are interested please take a moment to read our company’s policy on slavery and human trafficking.

Speak with our friendly team of Care Coordinators and they will provide you with all information about our services. They will explain how each service differs from another and help you to decide the right one for you. We are available from 9.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and until 3.00pm on Friday.
After your initial enquiry we will then arrange an assessment
We will agree a convenient time to meet with you, and / or the person you are arranging care for. This is usually done in the home where the care is due to be provided, but we can also assess in a care-home or hospital. The visit will last about an hour and is our opportunity to get to know the person we are caring for and to get a full picture of their care needs, personal preferences (such as meals and drinks), as well as understand about what they want to achieve from the care service.
